Pati Hilton is a Yoga teacher, Reiki Healer and expert in nutritional issues at Sublime. After suffering health issues herself, she found a Tibetan doctor (later a mentor) who prescribed diet and lifestyle changes and taught his patients how to tune the body’s bio-rhythms to self heal whilst making simple adjustments.
