Lindsey Bareham Food Writer & Cook talking about ONE POT Cooking and more

Lindsey Bareham invited Josephine into her kitchen which is her inspiration, her sanctuary and her workroom. She told Josephine about her fascinating career and how she became a cook as she wanted to try and cook what she ate when she went out to eat and was the restaurant critic of Time Out.
She’s written 12 cookery books and became famous for her daily quick supper’s column in the Evening Standard, Lindsey now writes for The Times and Saga magazine.  She speaks to Josephine about Just One Pot, The Trifle Bowel and other stories and how bring a single parent motivated her to write and cook.
