FOXES UNEARTHED Lucy Jones
The fox has become a cipher in Modern Britain to mean anything from hero to vermin. As Fantastic Mr. Fox reminded us, they are wild animals and it seems their very wildness is what drives us wild whether it be the would be hunters (post ban) or the hunt sabateurs. Lucy attempts to unpick the language and decipher our complex relationship to our largest remaining predatory mammal.
